Imagine the unimaginable: leaving your home for work, running to the store or going on vacation and returning to find your home had been destroyed by a fire, tornado, earthquake, or flood. Imagine coming in to your business on Monday morning to find it had been broken into and your equipment and furnishings vandalized or missing.

What do you do? Where do you begin? How will you recover?

If you own your home, you likely have insurance, but having insurance is not enough! The disaster itself will be difficult enough to deal with, let alone trying to remember everything you owned. The burden of proof is on your shoulders!

  • Will you remember everything?
  • Will you have your receipts?
  • Can you prove what you lost
  • Can you prove what condition it was in?

To provide proof of property ownership in the event of loss and to verify those losses for your income tax return, insurance companies specifically recommend a photographic record and an itemized inventory of your property.

FSB home and business inventory services will do that for you. Please read through our site to see how we can be of service. If you don't see what you need, contact us and we will find a way to help you.

Visit often- especially our blog A Closer Look - since we regularly add new content to help you prepare for the unimaginable, save you money, and protect your home and family.
